Trimmer's Delight

Trimmer is a slang term used for railroad workers who laid and maintained railroad tracks in the years before machines did the work. Each fall we salute those laborers whose hours of dedication kept the industry on track and rolling. Trimmer's Delight 2019 is naturally processed Ethiopia Yirgacheffe grown by Bedhatu Jibicho, a grower of over 50 years. The cup is bold and rich with hints of dark chocolate and berries. A true delight!
