RTW Retailwinds (formerly New York & Company) is a retailer that specializes in clothing and accessories for working women ages 25 to 49. The company offers a variety of proprietary branded fashions at more than 385 stores in about three dozen US states and online. In addition to its own brands, RTW Retailwinds also sells merchandise under the Fashion to Figure name and has collaborations with celebrities such as Eva Mendes, Gabrielle Union, and Kate Hudson. RTW Retailwinds filed for voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey in 2020.
