Placed in the lap of lofty Himalaya, Mission Hill Tea Estate is spread over sprawling 951.02 acres. In the middle of lush greenery Mission Hill is surrounded by forest; agile mountain streams and snowcapped mountain peaks. The estate has been producing high-quality teas, rich with the flavours of traditional Darjeeling tea. The climate, altitude and surrounding forests give Mission Hill teas a unique mystic flavour. ‘Mission Hill’ probably got its name from the early Scottish Missionaries who had a mission in the area.
