With my own rules I then lost over 20 kilos over the months and never had the "diet feeling". The reasons for this were mainly logical. Eating carbohydrates-free wasn't a real undertaking. With the great support of our fans, the book ... WOHOOO! ... made it to first place in the Amazon bestseller list. It was thanks to this wonderful success that we were able to develop so well and that food without carbohydrates became our own company.
