The legal basis of certification is the Organic Law of the European Community [Regulation (EC) No. 834/07]. In addition, ABCERT GmbH also controls various private-law standards: eg Bio Hotels, Bioland, Bio Suisse, Demeter, Gäa, Naturland or systems such as KAT, PEFC, GLOBALG.AP and QS. The accreditation according to ISO17065 certifies neutrality and objectivity of our certification. The Quality Commission monitors and confirms the neutrality and objectivity of ABCERT GmbH in regular meetings.
