Who we are, what we do… Tradition and Quality - Interprofessional Association for Trás-os-Montes Agri-Food Products has its headquarters in Mirandela. TQ was established on 29 March 1994 and its purpose is to control and certify products, processes and services. TQ is recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture and accredited by IPAC - Portuguese Institute of Accreditation following NP EN ISO / IEC 17065, in the following areas of Accreditation: [C01 Agricultural, Forestry, Livestock, Hunting and Fishing Products] : This category includes Organic Production Mode (MPB) and Integrated Production Mode (PRODI); [C03 Food, Beverage & Tobacco Products] : This category includes Protected Designation Products: PDO - Protected Designation of Origin; PGI - Protected Geographical Indication; ETG - Traditional Specialty Guaranteed.
