The adventure of the five Cafissi brothers in textiles began in the Fifties: Francesco, Roero, Paolo, Mario and Umberto decided to open together an artisan weaving for third parties. Those were the years of the economic boom, Prato was in turmoil: that enthusiasm was the basis of the company's growth over the last 65 years. Born as a small business, today Cafissi is a real productive and commercial group, which is spread over three sites, but which has always maintained its roots in Prato. Over the years not only the company has grown, but also the family: today the company is the third generation, the founders have given the leadership of the group to the new generations, who are responsible for various sectors of the company. The heart is that of a family company, but the organization is that of a large group. This is one of the strengths of Cafissi Spa: the dynamism between a strong and long textile tradition and the sprint of young people who bring new ideas. Today Cafissi has a unique production and commercial model in Italy. The offer of fabrics ranges in different sectors: not only clothing, but also footwear and furniture. Cafissi fabrics are sold all over the world, thanks to an extensive sales network. The company produces and develops samples as well as offering numerous items ready for delivery, selected by the Cafissi team, which can be purchased without waiting.
