CCV BEAUMANOIR
CCV BEAUMANOIR S.A.I. is a prominent French family-owned group specializing in the distribution of ready-to-wear apparel and logistics, founded in 1985 by Roland Beaumanoir. The company operates under the legal form of a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) and has established itself as a significant player in the textile industry, e-commerce, and logistics sectors.
The group's history began with the creation of the Cache Cache brand in 1985, which opened its first store in the La Madeleine shopping center in Saint-Malo. Over the years, CCV BEAUMANOIR has expanded its portfolio through strategic acquisitions and the launch of new brands. Notably, it acquired Bréal in 2003, Scottage in 2005, Bonobo in 2006, Morgan in 2009, La City in 2011, and Caroll in 2021. Additionally, the group took over part of La Halle in 2020 and acquired Sarenza in 2022.
The company's retail presence is extensive, with 1,255 sales outlets in France and 440 abroad, encompassing brands such as Bonobo, Bréal, Cache Cache, Vib’s, La Halle, Caroll, and Morgan. Its logistics arm, C-Log, handles a significant volume of the group's activities, servicing other brands as well.
In terms of financial performance, CCV BEAUMANOIR reported a turnover of 790 million euros at the end of the 2020 fiscal year. The group's workforce includes 5,550 employees and 3,210 external collaborators, including franchisees.
The group's commitment to sustainability is evident in its signing of the Fashion Pact in 2019, reflecting its dedication to environmental and economic impact. Despite facing challenges such as the closure of La City in 2016 and Scottage in 2019 to reduce losses, the group continues to innovate and grow. The launch of the Vib's brand, aimed at consolidating the group's brands under a single multistore distribution format, represents its adaptive strategy in the ever-evolving fashion industry.
CCV BEAUMANOIR's headquarters are located in Saint-Malo, France, and the company is directed by Roland Beaumanoir, with Thomas Beaumanoir holding 99.25% of the shares. The group's slogan, "Rien n'est achevé, tout reste à construire," translates to "Nothing is finished, everything remains to be built," encapsulating its forward-looking philosophy and continuous drive for development.
