Our #cleanbeauty roots go back as far as 1983 ? when aerosol hairspray was king and nothing about your mauve lipstick was natural. Deep Steep is owned and operated by Royal Labs Natural Cosmetics, a custom formulator and contract manufacturing company founded by wellness pioneers Paul and Peggy Lieber ? a husband and wife duo known for their groundbreaking work with plant-derived, premium formulations. A skin-aesthetician by trade, Peggy has been working with the skin for over 35 years and is the lead innovator of specialty skin and beauty care formulations. Paul grew up working at his parents? health foods store back in the 70?s, and took his experience and passion for natural wellness to build Royal Labs from scratch into the state-of-the-art manufacturing business that it is today. ?Our rules are simple.
