FreshCo Ltd was started in 1996 by owner Clifford F. Burg to support the process and packaging needs of his regional premium juice brand "Indian River Select Brand". The facility was constructed to facilitate juice handling technologies that preserve flavor to insure a better tasting, not from concentrate juice for the brand and then package the product in clear, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles. In late 2010 FreshCo expanded it's capacity and welcomed two branded co-pack customers. FreshCo now produces for Indian River Select Brand and two certified organic juice customers who require an efficient and flexible juice production facility. The current filling line, running six days a week, eight to ten hours a day, represents capacity of over 2,700,000 cases.
