The organization operates a 23-acre Co-Farm in Conyers, GA, where multiple farmers run individual farm operations under USDA Certified Organic standards.

Global Growers' unique Co-Farm model allows farmers to make independent decisions on what to grow and where to sell, while also providing access to shared infrastructure for processing and storing produce. Setting itself apart from traditional Incubator Farms, Global Growers offers longer-term lease options, emphasizing sustainable land stewardship and fostering collaborative partnerships with local entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector. Since its founding in 2010, Global Growers has been instrumental in supporting a diverse range of growers, including refugees, immigrants, asylees, and BIPOC American farmers.
