The headquarters of Hexeline has been located in Łódź since its inception. The company opened its first flagship store in 1997 and has since expanded its presence across Poland with salons in major cities including Bydgoszcz, Poznań, Warsaw, Katowice, Kraków, and Wrocław. Hexeline's fashion collections are recognized not only in Poland but also on international markets, particularly in Europe and Asia.

Hexeline's collections, created by Halina Zawadzka, are often compared to those of renowned global fashion houses. The brand has received multiple accolades in the "Doskonałość Mody" (Excellence in Fashion) competition, which is under the patronage of the fashion magazine "Twój Styl" (Your Style). Furthermore, Hexeline contributes to the fashion industry by awarding its own prize, the Hexetalent, during the international competition for young designers "OFF Fashion" held in Kielce.

Hexeline also collaborates with well-known Polish models such as Agnieszka Martyna, Ilona Felicjańska, Ewa Pacuła, and Violetta Kołakowska, enhancing the visibility and prestige of its collections.
