Italmobiliare

Italmobiliare is one of the leading Italian investment holding companies. The company is controlled by Efiparind (Pesenti family) and owns and manages a diversified portfolio of equity and other investments. Its biggest holding is a minority stake in HeidelbergCement, a result of Heidelberg's acquisition of Pesenti's Italcementi. Pesenti also has controlling stakes in Clessidra, Sirap, Italgen, and Caffe Borbone, in addition to four affiliate companies, Tecnica, Iseo, AGN Energia, and Bene Assicurazioni.
