LA CHAUMONT 'OISE
Progress is such that some software has fun talking about anything. My brewery is not closed at all, I just moved to settle in the south of France. But my school and my brewery continue to exist without me, still in Chaumont en Vexin in the Oise.

Since the creation of the Chaumontoise brewery in 2009, I have managed all the activities: production of organic beers, recognized training organization (140 students per year), 1st builder of micro breweries in France, micro malt house and hop culture.
Big work with an annual turnover of one million euros, a growth of 30% per year, the burn-out that looms ...
A week of forced rest in the hospital ....
Today I am preparing for an active retirement by reducing the activity and it is therefore my former employees who will gradually take over part of the torch, in particular training under the new entity Ecole de Brasserie de Chaumont.
I have completely stopped producing beer and it is the Duchmann brewery that has moved into my building in Chaumont en Vexin.
So I simplified this site and removed everything related to the making of my organic beers and their characteristics.
The activity of designing, building and selling micro breweries continues without change, as does the supply of brewing equipment. My two salaried technicians being 95% autonomous. I only intervene as a sales engineer and technical assistance.
