We have been weaving since 1832. A lot has happened since then. Perhaps a little less here than elsewhere. We make linen and cotton fabrics, sew and wrap with our hands like we have always done. We also uphold the same values that have always been important to us: care, down-to-earthness, time and solidarity. To nature and to people. Everyone with whom we exchange ideas and with whom we work can sense this. It is easy for us to inspire others for our products. We are the only linen weaving mill in the world that has the organic quality mark GOTS and IVN order certified. All linen yarns come from Europe (France, Belgium and Holland). All Vieböck fabrics are woven exclusively in Helfenberg. The fabrics are finished and dyed in Lower Austria.
