Dorel Industries is a global company with two main businesses in home products and juvenile products. It manufactures car seats, strollers, high chairs, and other items for infants under names such as Cosco and Safety 1st in the US and BéBé Confort in Europe. It also produces ready-to-assemble home and office furniture and other home items, including ladders, and hand trucks. Dorel's channels of distribution vary by segment, but overall, its largest customers are major retail chains and Internet Retailers. The company was established in 1962 and has facilities in more than 20 countries worldwide.
