We are a long established company dating from 1864 – but have never stood still. We introduced the UK’s first Fairtrade espresso in 1997 and a few years later the UK’s first triple certified coffee. As an organisation we strive to maintain high ethical standards as well as delivering what our valued customers and their consumers want. We’re independent through-and-through and fiercely passionate about coffee, but that isn’t all we do! Making great coffee requires great machines, class leading service and a support network of coffee sales managers and trainers to help our customers deliver great coffee. Our sister business Espresso Warehouse does “Everything but the coffee”, which includes both Suki and Pavilion Garden tea, hot chocolate, food and all the most important coffee shop hardware a customer might need. With our history, expertise and services it’s fair to say that “We Know Coffee”.
