Our cacao is ethically traded and is souced from a small cooperative in Ecuador known for its prized heirloom Arriba Nacional variety of cacao. Our raw chocolate only includes healthy sweeteners such as Maple, Inulin from Jerusalem Artichoke, and Erythritol.
