Telatex
Telatex, rooted in a rich history dating back to 1840 when the Kohler family established its first weaving plant in Ménil Thillot, Vosges, France, continues to thrive as a leading force in the fabric engineering and production industry. With a second production facility in Ferdrupt, strategically located 15km away from the original site, Telatex's legacy spans 160 years, proudly managed today by a member of the Kohler family, now in its 6th generation.
In the Nineties, the commercial subsidiary Telatex was established, focusing on marketing the finished products crafted with decades of expertise. Telatex's commitment to excellence extends across borders, utilizing a network of subsidiaries and partner factories in France, Europe, Tunisia, Turkey, and Pakistan. The company oversees the entire production process, from engineering and quality control to efficient production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of meticulously crafted products. To facilitate this, Telatex offers a spacious storage facility exceeding 4000 m² in the East of France.
Telatex's dedication to quality is reflected in its adherence to industry standards and certifications. As a member of the Securofeu industry trade body, Telatex's flame-resistant fabrics undergo rigorous testing by approved laboratories, providing customers with reliable and safe products. Additionally, Telatex boasts Oeko-Tex certified products, meeting the high standards of Oeko-Tex-Standard 100, class 1, and Oeko-Tex-Standard 100, class 2. Emphasizing its commitment to local craftsmanship, Telatex proudly carries the France Terre Textile / Vosges Terre Textile label as an approved partner in the Vosges area.
