Vermont Employee Ownership Center (VEOC)

The Vermont Employee Ownership Center (VEOC) is a statewide 4c74ba30-9146-406a-af92-1330d7a49dd6 established in 2001 with a mission to promote and foster employee ownership. Our goal is to broaden capital ownership, deepen employee participation, increase economic stability for working families, and stabilize communities. Founded by Don Jamison, who had been exploring employee ownership since the early 1990s, VEOC prioritizes outreach and education for business owners.
