Vicinity Limited, doing business as Vicinity Centres, is a leading Australian retail real estate company. It owns and operates a diverse portfolio of retail properties, ranging from small local centres to major regional centres with movie theatres and restaurants. Vicinity's portfolio is worth more than A$15.7 billion, making it one of the nation's largest managers of sub-regional centres and outlet centres. The company was created from the merger of Federation Centres (formerly Centro Properties) and Novion Property Group in mid-2015.
