Vince Holding is a global fashion company that consists of three brands: Vince (luxury apparel and accessories), Rebecca Taylor (womenswear line known for its signature prints, romantic detailing and vintage inspired aesthetic) and Parker (trend focused). Its products are sold through major department stores and specialty stores in the U.S. and select international markets, as well as through its e-commerce website. Nearly half of the company's sales come from its Vince wholesale business segment.
