We live where we grow. Big Tree Farms is a sustainable organic foods company based at origin in Bali, Indonesia. We work directly with over 14,000 small farmers to create transparent, socially equitable supply relationships and products. We grow, harvest, process and manufacture Organic food products including Coconut Sugars, Coco Aminos and Coconut Nectar. SUSTAINABILITY Big Tree Farms mission is to implement sustainable farming and production practices that mitigate our impact on the climate. By creating diversified permaculture food forests this year, we?ve conserved over 6 million trees that support a rich and stable ecosystem. NIRA Nira is the nectar from the flower blossom of coconut trees. The liquid sap is harvested by hand on the islands of Indonesia by our organic farmers and is the core ingredient for all our products. It?s low glycemic and a powerful disruptor for the sweetener and condiment categories. Good for your family, the farmer, and the environment. OUR FARMERS ?
