Established in 2010 in New York, the Jonathan Simkhai brand provides luxury ready-to-wear for the modern woman. Jonathan Simkhai launched his eponymous label after years of experience as a buyer and merchandiser. He honed his technical skills at Parsons School of Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology. Early success of the label propelled Simkhai into the CFDA {Fashion Incubator} program where he developed his eye for quality of craft. Simkhai is continuously inspired by the built environment, which motivates his creative process and desire to push conventional design boundaries. His work often explores the confluence of technology and hand-made artistry.

The brand relocated to Los Angeles in 2018 with a new headquarters in West Hollywood. The two story building houses Simkhai's executive office, atelier and design studio, and first ever flagship store. Simkhai's designs continue to showcase his signature design aesthetic of the interplay of hard and soft, while the warm and sunny California landscape inspires the progression of new and successful categories including Swim, Denim and Knitwear.
